Un nuovo complesso residenziale caratterizzato dal dinamismo dato dalla scomposizione dei volumi e dalle differenti altezze e giaciture dell’impianto planivolumetrico. La costituzione di un nuovo fronte urbano permette di liberare parte delle aree a piano terra per destinarle ad aree inverdite. È ricercata la permeabilità verso l’interno del lotto ottenuta grazie al distanziamento tra i due fabbricati in corrispondenza della zona d’ingresso, che pone in collegamento la strada pubblica con il giardino interno. Il basamento lapideo concepito unitariamente alle forature in treillage ceramico è presente su tutti i fronti strada. Superiormente le facciate sono rivestite in intonaco con presenza di logge e ampie balconate. Elemento che ricorre è il treillage ceramico utilizzato come schermatura parziale delle logge e in tinta simile al colore di facciata.

A new residential complex characterized by the dynamism given by the composition of volumes with different heights and their position in the planivolumetric system. The creation of a new urban front allows to free up part of the areas on the ground floor to be used as green areas. The permeability towards the garden is given thanks to the distance between the two buildings in correspondence with the entrance area, which connects the public street with the private yard. At the ground level, the stone cladding conceived together with the ceramic treillage perforations characterizes all the street fronts. The upper facades are covered in plaster, with the presence of loggias and large balconies covered with ceramic tiles. A recurring element is the ceramic treillage used as partial screening of the loggias.
