Via Trezzo d'Adda

Il nuovo progetto residenziale prevede la demolizione e la ricostruzione dell’edificio sulla cortina stradale di via Trezzo d’Adda e dei capannoni industriali che si trovano all’interno del lotto occupandolo quasi interamente. Questi ultimi si estendono a raggiungere l’edificio che prospetta su via Stendhal e del quale la proprietà possiede il piano terra. Viene proposto un nuovo complesso costituito da un fabbricato posto lungo la via Trezzo d’Adda e da alcune unità indipendenti e con giardino di proprietà collocate all’interno del lotto. Le nuove volumetrie hanno altezze variabili e si inseriscono all’interno dell’esistente tessuto urbano rispettandone le caratteristiche morfologiche e planivolumetriche senza trascurare le esigenze del futuro complesso residenziale.

The new residential project involves the demolition and reconstruction of a building located in via Trezzo d’Adda, Milan, and the industrial warehouses that lie within the lot, occupying it almost entirely. The latter extend to reach the building that faces Stendhal Street and of which the property owns the ground floor. The new proposed complex consists of a building located along Via Trezzo d’Adda and a number of independent units with their own garden located within the lot. The new volumes have variable heights and fit within the existing urban fabric respecting its morphological and planivolumetric characteristics without neglecting the needs of the future residential complex.
