Nuovo edificio residenziale a cortina con forte carattere urbano; è concepito come un edificio unitario, percettivamente scomponibile in due blocchi con differenti altezze per allinearsi alle preesistenze. Il puntuale svuotamento del piano terra in corrispondenza dell’ingresso e le vetrate trasparenti creano grande permeabilità verso l’interno del giardino. I fronti assumono impaginati differenti conferendo variabilità anche grazie alle diverse tipologie di unità abitative adottate (duplex-doppie altezze). Il piano terra è occupato dai servizi condominiali quali atrii, portineria, locale rifiuti, sosta biciclette, locale fitness e piscina. Le unità immobiliari sono 42 con due ville a patio collocate nell’ampio giardino interno.

New residential building in line with the adjacent ones with a strong urban feel; it is conceived as a homogeneous building, perceptively modular into two blocks with different heights so as to match the existing volumes. The punctual emptying of the ground floor in correspondence with the entrance and the transparent glass walls give a strong sense of permeability with the internal garden.
The facades take on different layouts, thus giving the building great variability, also thanks to the diverse residential units (duplex – double heights). The ground floor is occupied by condominium services such as entrances, concierge, garbage disposal, bike racks, fitness area and swimming pool. There are 42 properties with two villas (complete with patios) located in the wide internal garden.
